What helps us give you a straight answer

None of this is essential — ring us either way and we will work it out. But if you have these to hand we can usually tell you over the phone whether it is a small job or a big one, and roughly what is involved.

Roughly how big the area is — paces or metres are both fine.
What is there now: gravel, old asphalt, concrete or bare dirt.
How it gets used — cars, delivery trucks, machinery or foot traffic.
Whether water pools anywhere after decent rain.
Any access issues: narrow gates, low branches, a steep or tight entry.
A couple of photos, if you have them handy on your phone.

We are based in Perth and cover the metro area from Joondalup down to Rockingham and out through the eastern suburbs. A good part of our work is outside the city as well — the Wheatbelt, the South West, the Great Southern and the Mid West.

If you are outside the metro area, let us know where the job is when you call. Regional work is usually easier to price and schedule when we can group it with other jobs in the same area, so it helps to give us a bit of notice.

No. The site visit and the written quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. We would rather come out and look properly than guess, because a price based on a proper look is a price we can hold to.

For small repairs we can often give you a ballpark from photos and measurements. For anything larger we need to see the ground, because the base condition and the drainage are what drive the price, and neither shows up reliably in a photo.

Yes. A single driveway, a patch repair or a handful of potholes are all normal work for us. Small jobs get the same site visit and the same written quote — they just take less time and less material than a road build.

Yes, and we do it regularly. We will tell you honestly whether it can be repaired, needs resurfacing, or has a problem underneath that has to be sorted first. Sometimes the answer is that it is fine and does not need touching yet.
